1. Return & Exchange

• Returns or exchanges are accepted only for eligible products.
• Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
• Return/exchange requests should generally be raised within [3/7] days of delivery.
• Customized, personalized, or specially made-to-order products may not be eligible for return or exchange.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us with clear photos/videos and your order details within the applicable return period.

After verification, we will provide an appropriate resolution, such as replacement, exchange, or refund.

3. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected.

Refunds will generally be made to the original payment method and may take a few business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Non-Returnable Products

Products that are:

• Used, worn, washed, or altered
• Damaged after delivery
• Missing original tags or packaging
• Customized or personalized (where applicable)

may not be eligible for return or exchange.
